Graduate Student Group

This group is for graduate students and other young adults looking to deepen spiritually by discussing interesting topics, sharing the joys and challenges of graduate student life, and being supported with prayers. We also have tea and snacks! The format is that of a covenant group.

Last spring's group read and discussed the New York Times bestseller The Language of God: A Scientist Presents Evidence for Belief (Free Press: 2006), written by Francis S. Collins, the head scientist of the Human Genome Project. Discussion focused on the intersections of faith and science and the profound ethical issues involved.
